We have been providing exceptional, personalized pet care since 2016. 

◾ What type of pets do you care for?

We care for all domestic house pets including dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, rabbits, etc. Call if you have any questions or special requests. 🐕🐈🐁🐢🐇🐦

◾ What areas do you service?

 We service Hialeah Gardens, Miami Lakes, Palm Spring North, and Medley.

◾ Are your sitters insured? Have they passed a background check?

 Yes, all our pet sitters, walkers, and drivers and insured and we perform a background check annually.

◾ Can I trust you to care for my pet?

Yes, your pet’s care is our top priority! But don’t take our word for it.

◾ I don’t have time to schedule a Meet & Greet, can I skip it?

No. Absolutely not.

⬛ My dog is well-trained and friendly. Can I skip the Meet & Greet and training days?

No, both the Meet & Greet and 3 days of training are required for every dog’s 1st group boarding visit.

The Meet & Greet ensures all doggie guests have the right temperament to stay in a home boarding environment.⁠ ⁠

While the 3 days of Day School helps the dogs learn the rules of our home and gives them extra attention as they settle in.

It helps your dog feel more comfortable while away from home, and prevents dog fights.⁠

**Please don’t leave your pet with any sitters or at any boarding facilities that won’t allow you to visit it in person!⁠ ⁠

◾ What’s included in a drop-in visit?

Each drop-in visit is customized to your pet’s specific needs so no two visits ill be exactly the same. We start the visits by cleaning and re-filling food and water bowls. No pet wants to drink from a bowl with feathers or fur in it! Next, we clean litter boxes, bird cages and let the dogs out for a potty break. Finally, all pets will get cuddles, love, and attention. If any pets in the home need snacks, medication or extra care, we provide that too. After all your pets’ needs are taken care of, we can help out around the house too. This includes bringing in mail, watering plants and switching on/off lights to give the home a lived-in feel.

◾ How long are the visits

The dog walks and drop-in visits are approximately 30 mins each. However, you can book a longer visit if your pet care needs can’t be met in 30 mins.

◾ Do you always visit at the time I ask for?

We book your visits within a time frame and arrive during that time.

 

◾ Could you re-fill my dog’s water bowl after the walk?

With Always Aja H. dog walks, your dog will go on a 30-minute sniff adventure in your neighborhood. After they’ve peed on every tree and sniffed every blade of grass, they’ll receive a refreshing bowl of water. You will receive pictures and an update for each of these one-on-one walks. 

 

◾ What should I expect when my pet goes on a dog trip?

Does your pet love exploring new places? We are now offering doggie trips around Miami. These trips include visits to places like Hobie Beach and Tails and Trails dog park in Doral every Monday and Wednesday. Your dog will join a group of fun-loving pups to enjoy the beauty of Miami’s tropical lifestyle. After their trip, your pet will enjoy a yummy and healthy treat, a full bowl of refreshing water and cool downtime. Book your dog’s trip today!

 

◾ What kind of pampering can my pet expect during an overnight visit?

Our overnight service includes all the benefits of daycare, plus a relaxing overnight visit. Your pet will be a part of my family during their stay. Your pet will receive round the clock care, healthy treats, love, and a relaxing nighttime environment.

 

◾ Will my pet enjoy doggie daycare?

Your dog will spend the day playing, socializing, and going on adventures with other dogs in a structured environment. We have a daily schedule that includes playtime, games, socialization, meals, and naps. Most dog’s enjoy daycare because it allows them the socialization of a pack.

 

◾ Do you send updates during the day?

We will send daily texts about your pet. We will let you know how they are playing with his/her friends, what activities he/she enjoys most, and developments we notice during the stay. These daily conversations allow us to keep you informed regarding your dog’s social skills and negative behaviors that we can work together to eliminate.

◾ What should you pack for overnight boarding?

1. Food. Use small plastic baggies to package pre-measured meals, and label them “Breakfast” and “Dinner”. This will ensure that your dog is getting exactly the right amount of food for each meal.
2. Medicine. Include the appropriate number of doses that your dog will need to take in your absence, as well as written instructions with details such as dosage amount and schedule. 
3. Documents. This could include everything from medical records, vaccination charts, and contracts.
4. Care Items. As your dog’s owner, you know more about him than anyone else on the planet. Does your dog have a special food or water bowl that he loves to eat and drink out of? Does he have a KONG or certain treats that make his tail wag? Pack it.

◾ What behaviors make a dog incompatible for playgroups?

For the safety of our clients and other dogs, certain behaviors cannot be tolerated in our environment. Aggressive behavior toward people or other dogs, extreme fear or shyness, fence climbing and repeated acts of domination (like mounting) cannot be allowed. If such behaviors continue after several time-outs and attempts at behavior correction, sitters will contact you to discuss whether or not daycare is the best option for your dog.

Questions about pricing

⬛ I have 3 dogs, how much do you charge for each pet?

The 1st dog is full price, the 2nd dog is 1/2 off, and the 3rd dog and above is $5 each.

So, if you’re booking Group boarding for 3 dogs in my home the price breaks down like this:

($45+$20+$5)= $70 /a day.

⬛ I have an aquarium with multiple fish, will you charge me for each pet?

No, low maintenance, indoor pets (like fish, turtles, and birds) are charged for the time a sitter needs to be on site.

That means, if you have an aquarium full of fish you will only be charged for the visit.

⬛ My pet is a low maintenance, indoor pet and won’t need the full 30 minutes for their drop-in visit. Can I get a discount?

Unfortunately no, your sitter needs to be compensated for their time, gas, and for making time in their schedule to visit your pet.

You’re welcome to add tasks to the visit so the sitter can be more beneficial to you.
